Lottie animations broken on Windows desktop app #2678

Current Behavior

Lottie animations are broken or working inconsistently on the Windows desktop app.

Expected Behavior

I have created a button to trigger a Lottie animation which works correctly in Test Mode but not in Local Run from the Windows desktop app. It will work on a page until something like another action is added to the page, then the Lottie stops working.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. create a new page
  2. add widgets as per this image widget-structure
  3. attach a Lottie file to the Lottie widget
  4. add an action to the button to trigger the animation
  5. launch in Test Mode
  6. launch in Local Run
  7. it may work in local run at first but if you add another action to the page (I tested using update page state on page load) the animation stops working in Local Run

Context

I'm testing a new app on real devices and this has been confirmed to be a bug by the FF support team, and it needs to be resolved to complete testing on real Android devices

I also noticed this is broken in the deployed version of the app (on Android, I haven't tested on iOS yet).
