Hold Shift to Drag Widgets Doesn't Register Mouse Click

Current Behavior

I can't drag and drop widgets when holding shift key as its precise drag and drop feature from flutterflow when building apps to drop widgets in exact position.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create two widgets
2. Drag with widget by Holding Shift when dragging with the mouse
3. The widget opens up the dropping menu zone but fails to get mouse clicks.
