Last modifications not appearing (via push to GitHub or download project via CLI)

Current Behavior

Hello, trying to download my project via CLI, or even pushing it to GitHub, is downloading an older version without the last modifications I made.

This happened few times in the past (with the CLI) but was always working fine while pushing to GitHub.

Can you guys check what is wrong ?

Expected Behavior

I should download/push to GitHub my last updated project with the new modifications. Not an older version.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Push to GitHub / download code via CLI
2. See that the changes are not reflected in downloaded project / copied GitHub project.
