[#9] - Init Design System Implementation

In ThemeDataExtension

[x] Defines all colors and suggest a pattern for Define Color name
[x] Define Color solid range in numbers
[x] Define Color solid range in rank leter
[x] Define a fPrimaryColor
[x] Define a fPrimarySwatch
[x] Define a fGreySwatch
[x] Set fTheme as default "constructor" of the application theme
[x] Write and define write a dart doc
