After switching to toolbox 0.1.5 Tool# 12 gave error 000964: Specified extent is invalid and did not add the watershed area to the XSs. Tool# 12 worked in toolbox 0.1.42 using the same fac raster clipped from the NHDPlusFac_National.tif. I will check to see if reprojecting the fac raster to UTM15 to match the reach data will allow tool# 12 to run. The current solution is to use Tool# 12 from toolbox 0.1.42
I reprojected the fac raster to utm15 and reran tool 12 from toolbox 0.1.5 and it failed with the same error 00964: Specified extent is invalid.
