ArcPro 3.0 Crashes when Install R Packages and 15a XS Dimensions Level1 are run #14

Installed ArcPro 3.0, R 4.1.3 is the installed arcgisbinding, R packages are updated. RStudio Check for Package Updates is completed. Install R Packages tool crashes ArcPro 3.0 and tool 15a XS Dimensions Level 1 crashes ArcPro 3.0.

I put a ticket in to set the system path C:\rtools40\usr\bin

Installed R 4.2.0, updated arcgisbinding, and ran Install R Packages. tool 15a XS Dimensions, Level 1 now runs as well as Report- L1
