Add elevation and smoothed elevation to the Level 1 metrics graph #6

Issue #5 identified that sometimes too much smoothing can be applied. To remedy this, the elevation and smoothed elevation should be graphed so that the user can explore how much smoothing should be applied. This will permit visual tuning of the smoothing and help ensure it isn't overdone.

Added the smoothed elevation to the Level 1 cross section metrics graph.
