Tool 14 XS Points freezes while writing output for vertices to points step on XS Points. Tool 14 will complete on the first run in Arcmap Pro but fail on later runs in the same Arcmap Pro instance. Closing the tool and Arcmap Pro then restarting Arcmap Pro and running tool 14 will result in successful completion.
