possible crtl z bug #22

I have encountered this two times. If you remove the plugin from your chain, then crtl z to bring it back, the program crashes and wont open until you remove the plugin from your vst folder. Love the plugin, stay hydrated

This sounds to me like a rust-vst API bug, though I am just speculating. I'll look into it and if I can't fix it, I'll test if it also is the case in other DAWs and submit an issue to the API's repo
