New documentation frontend #203

This moves the docs to the new Pollen.jl frontend. See FluxTraining.jl's docs as an example: https://fluxml.ai/FluxTraining.jl/dev/i/

DataDeps appears to be broken on the docs CI now: https://fluxml.ai/FastAI.jl/dev/documents/docs/discovery.md/

I thought https://github.com/FluxML/FastAI.jl/commit/1356a6a6aef321d2cf9c9131ce506823e25ef492 would fix it 🤔
