Where can one find the meeting link to the biweekly zoom calls? I looked all over but couldn't find it. Are they open to the public?

You can find them (and more) on the community calendar: https://julialang.org/community/. See in particular the "ML Community (and FastAI dev) Call" and "ML and AD Development/Usage Call" events.
