[WIP] Pong #21

The game currently works, but the AI wins less than 50% of games. It might be best to merge once a more trained model is added.

This is a bit stuck, tbh. When @tejank10 and I worked on this model, it played well against the training opponent. But it doesn't seem to win a lot against humans and itself.
