type "#stop medication @active medication" —> hit enter immediately to select the first drug. The drug name disappears! Attempt to delete #stop medication, but you get the error that #stop medication depends on the missing drug. Furthermore, windows show up in funny places in other windows and in other notes!!!! Then if you get rid of those other menus, you can go back and delete #stop medication.
Error messages in the note editor persist into OTHER new notes!!!

EDIT: it happens on all endpoints. But, it appears to only happen if you type "@" then use up/down and enter to select @active medication. If you mouse tap it or type any more letters, everything is fine.
