Make RevoltSharp usable in Revolt clients. #30

(You may also know me as Raph. on Revolt :))

In it's current state, it seems like RevoltSharp can only be used for bots. Please make it usable for Revolt clients (such as the WinUI 3 frontend i'm writing)
