copy to clipboard, broken on mac10.5.6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running mac 10.5.6, load any site which has the syntax highlighter
2. Click 'copy to clipboard' and it will not copy anything.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing gets copied, I expect to see the contents which i'm trying to copy,

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Running mac, leopard 10.5.6. Tested on Firefox 3.0.5 and Safari 3.2.1 and 
problem remains. This 
doesn't happen on Windows XP. Tested on static and dynamic pages.

Please provide any additional information below.
This was working prior 10.5.6 and I expect it is the update which broke it, 
probably a fix from 
the 'click jacking' bug? I have tested this on 3 separate mac machines and the 
again the problem 
remains. I even tested this on leopard 10.5.5 machine which worked and as soon 
as i upgraded it 
to 10.5.6 it broke.
