RNAs can be transported in various ways, but the GO could do with some work to represent this properly. This links with bith the virus and localized translation topics for review.

1. Arc proteins in intercellular mRNA transport

3. Transport along axons to dendrites/synaptic terminals
4. Localiztion of mRNA to mitochondrial-proximal domains
5. exosome vs extracellular vesicles

Have a new term "virus-like capsid" to describe arc protein capsids, but need to link this in a broader model of extracellular vesicle transport processes.

This ticket is to collect and organise these rather broad processes to a more coherent model or models of mRNA transport.
