A phylogenetic profiling approach identifies novel ciliogenesis genes in Drosophila and C. elegans PMID:37317646 https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37317646/

Looks like a good resource to make a larger gene group for Cilia-related genes. Already have these related groups:
