Fix: FB FBgg0000601 CPX-2261 THO COMPLEX protein_complex taxon:7227 FB FBgg0000603 CPX-2261 TRANSCRIPTION EXPORT COMPLEX

Issue here is that two complex THO-C & TREX groups associated with *O ComplexPortal:CPX-2261, Fly TREX transcription-export complex (Complex Portal) dissociate THO-C (TREX is correct).

Need a CPX ID for THO-C.
