After removal of 'fertilization, exchange of chromosomal proteins' Re: [geneontology/go-ontology] Check GO:0035042 fertilization, exchange of chromosomal proteins (Issue #23465). Could do with some work - esp for yem and snky

Have removed all annotations to GO:0035042 fertilization, exchange of chromosomal proteins - sperm DNA decondensation is sufficient. Closing ticket as most other issues part of GOC chromatin project
