merge 'lobula columnar neuron LC14' and 'adult dorsal cluster neuron' #1715

FBrf0255173 and FBrf0234700 (fig 1 S1) suggest that LC14 and DCN are the same cell type and should be merged - (both cite FBrf0127108, which is the original reference for DCN, when mentioning LC14 cells). Description of LC14 as ato-expressing neuron in a dorsal area of the lateral CBR also matches description of DCN.

LC14 should be the winning term as this is consistent with nomenclature for similar cell types
