AL fru neurons #1727

Yu et al. (2010) - FBrf0211884 say aDT3 neurons are two fru expressing AL PNs - described as innervating DA1 and VA1v (=VA1lm) and having outputs in the MB calyx and lateral horn -> DA1 lPN and VA1m adPN Cachero et al. (2010) - FBrf0211926 say that the Yu et al. (2010) aDT3 comprises their aDT-a, aDT-e and aDT-f. They also say that aDT-a is a VA1v PN and aDT-e is a DA1 PN. Ito et al. (2013) - FBrf0221438 map aDT-a to ALad1 (adPN) lineage and aDT-e to ALl1 (lPN) lineage

Therefore, we should merge aDT-a (FBbt:00110415) with VA1v adPN (FBbt:00067361) and make DA1 lPN (FBbt:00067363) a parent to the two (male and female) aDT-e terms.

looking at this again, the cell numbers don't fit - many more of each fru class than PN class, so will make fru neurons parent classes instead.
