Two neuroblast/lineage merges #1735

DPMl3 renamed to DPLc5 in Lovick et al. (2013) - FBrf0223329:

For this reason, DPLc5 was previously named “DPMl3” (Pereanu and Hartenstein, 2006), but more aptly deserves the group designation DPLc, because it′s anterior HSAT (and its clone geometry; see accompanying paper by Wong et al., 2013) shares more commonalities with DPLc lineages.

So these two terms (FBbt:00100588 and FBbt:00100599) need merging.

Wong et al. (2013) - FBrf0223298 say that DPMl2 is not a separate neuroblast/lineage:

Thus, in our larval analysis, DPMl2 with a characteristic centrifugal axon bundle projecting to the ring gland was considered as a separate lineage (Pereanu and Hartenstein, 2006). MARCM clones showed that the ring gland associated axons form part of DPLm2 instead.

So these two terms (FBbt:00100587 and FBbt:00100606) also need merging.

Associated lineage/clone terms will also need merging.
