There is only one organ (per side) that circulates hemolymph around the wing, making these terms equivalent.
The 1-5 subclasses of 'wing pulsatile organ' may have been confused with muscle cells - of which there are 7 per organ, but this is not clear (I do not have access to the original reference) and these terms have not been used in curation, so probably best to just obsolete them.
