Fix overlaps between CNS and PNS #1764

This PR fixes ~100 unsatisfiable classes in the merge of Uberon + CL + FBbt that are all caused by the fact that 7 FBbt classes are part of both the CNS and PNS. See #1756 for details and rationale.
