Probably best not to make terms based on inconsistent lineage annotations (A, K) or just 'primary' (F) and we can lump to full lineages for now (since we don't have terms to represent all the hemilineages), so B and H will both be represented by a DM6 term.

Not all layers have all lineages, so just making the ones that exist in FW. Excluding layer '3,4' cell types - I think this comma may be an OR, or at least not reliably an AND.

Also exclude 'CB.FBT' types as layer is unclear
