This PR removes the axiom that makes the muscle founder cell part_of some somatic muscle primordium, as those cells are also the precursor of visceral muscles. Likewise for fusion competent cell.
We don’t have a generic “muscle primordium” that we could use to replace somatic muscle primordium in that axiom, but I don’t think we absolutely need one.
