This PR updates the way we manage our set of mappings with Uberon/CL.
It fixes a few issues with the generated SSSOM file:
the date of the mapping set was hardcoded to a day from summer 2023;
full-length identifiers were used for fields where the intention of the SSSOM spec was to use CURIEs (creator_id, subject_source, object_source).
It moves the mapping file from src/ontology to src/mappings, which is the directory recommended by the ODK. Likewise, the name of the set is changed from fbbt-mappings.sssom.tsv to fbbt.sssom.tsv (the -mappings serves no purpose, as the extension already makes it clear the file is a SSSOM mapping set).
Lastly, it uses a simpler process to generate the exact_mappings component, that doesn’t require going through a ROBOT template.
