This PR adds a few terms representing cells of various parts of the eye-antennal and wing disc, needed for accurate annotation of several scRNAseq datasets.
It introduces a new pattern “cell by anatomical entity”, which can be used for any cell type that is defined by being part of a an anatomical entity. There are lots of cell types in FBbt that could fit this pattern.
