This PR uses the recently introduced "cellByAnatomicalEntity" pattern to create a bunch of terms representing cells of several embryonic tissues (e.g. ecto/endo/meso-derm and subtypes), as well as some embryonic parts or organs.
Those terms will be needed to annotate the scRNAseq dataset from FBrf0254247, aka the "embryonic fly cell atlas".
