Add 'lamina wide-field neuron'. #1869

This PR adds a grouping term to encompass the two types of lamina wide-field neurons.

The existing lamina wide-field 1 neuron and lamina wide-field 2 neuron are re-classified under the new grouping term, and the assertions that are applicable to both types are moved to their new parent.
