Remove from 'deprecated' subset, remove DEPRECATION WARNING comments and add xrefs to FBdv. related to #1878

Based on FBrf0039741 and FBrf0089570 the 'syncytial blastoderm embryo' == 'stage 4 embryo', so the previous definition is incorrect and this is not a multi-stage term (so should be obsoleted).
