Proventriculus zones and cell types #1884

Closed gouttegd closed 3 weeks ago

gouttegd commented 3 weeks ago

This PR adds terms for the subdivisions of the adult proventriculus epithelium into the six zones (from zone 1 to zone 6, anteriorly to posteriorly) initially described by King (1988; FBrf0048518) and reused (and refined, with the addition of the 5.5 zone) by Zhu et al. (2024; FBrf0258898). It also adds terms for the epithelial cells that make up those different zones.

Along the way, it changes the classification of the alveolar cell term (making it a part of the embryonic/larval proventriculus intermediate layer) to reflect the fact that this is a larval cell type.
