Hyperplasia logical def #114

'hyperplasia' should have a logical definition: 'has part' some (hyperplastic and ('characteristic of' some 'multicellular structure') and 'has modifier' some abnormal)

instead of being SubClassOf: 'has part' some (hyperplastic and ('characteristic of' some 'multicellular structure'))
