In the preprocessing pipeline, definitions containing a$sub_PFX:1234 pattern are processed so that the pattern is replaced by the definition of the foreign term PFX:1234 (typically a CHEBI term). Currently this replacement is done by a specialised tool called EQWriter, which is no longer maintained.
This PR replaces the EQWriter tool by a specialised ROBOT plugin.
