This PR adds a new term conditional gene product degradation tag to encompass all degradation tags whose activity can be regulated in any way. Existing terms for such tags are re-classified to fall under the new term.
The definition of the parental term gene product degradation tag is amended to remove any mention of regulation, as that term is intended to encompass both conditional and non-conditional degradation tags.
