We add a handful of terms that will be needed to curate so-called "pseudo-scRNAseq" datasets -- bulk RNA-sequencing datasets obtained from samples made of highly purified cell types.
Specifically, we add:
2 new types of RESULT datasets, cell type-specific gene expression profile and cell type-specific RNA-sequencing analysis;
2 new methods under cell isolation, corresponding to the two published methods for highly specific isolation of nuclei (TAPIN and INTACT);
one new assay attribute to describe the isolation of nuclear RNA.
