new grouping terms for split system component branch #240

As the number of different types of split system components has increased, I think it makes sense to have similar grouping terms under 'split system component' as are used for the comparable functional tools.

This ticket is to make the high-level grouping terms under split system component (FBcv:0005051).

I'll make separate tickets for a. moving existing terms under the new grouping terms, b. a couple of additions of new terms under the new grouping terms (i'll refer back to this ticket in those)
