Update tables in master and info widget, and more #89

  1. separate synapses into its own table,
  2. use scrolls instead of pagination in tables,
  3. add keyword, regex filters,
  4. improve quick query reference,
  5. upgrade dependencies, remove python 3.6 support,
  6. fix typo in plugin.json.
