Added new bluescreens #18

Added:

  1. Windows 7 bluescreen (+ resolution)
  2. Windows 9x bluescreen (+ resolution)

Also refactored the bluescreens to share data. Changed the main window with tabs for each bluescreen. Exe generation fixed.
