The fitment of the BCAR is not right #1

I found the bearings of the BCAR scraping against the magwell and receiver and they cannot spin freely.

I checked the STEP files and I believe the geometry needs adjusting.

The inner radius of the muzzle cutout is 13.75. The outer radius of the BCAR is 13.50 leaving 0.25mm clearance.

The edge of the bearing screw hole is 2.396mm from the outer edge of the BCAR. The hole is 2.8mm.

(2.396 + 2.8/2 + 0.25) x 2 = 8.092mm. That's the max bearing size.

Now the flanged bearings are 8.1mm

There's no way this fits if printed accurately.

Actually I do not know what size F683 bearing flanges are supposed to be, but the ones in the project's Amazon link, and the ones I bought from Shopee, are both 8.1mm.

I believe using a smaller bearing may fix the issue. I am currently searching for one.
