proton-vpn-gtk-app should depend on networkmanager-openvpn to function #21

Hi, I noticed that proton-vpn-gtk-app and its dependencies do not depend on networkmanager-openvpn which is required for the application to function. A version bump would be much appreciated as well.

My bad. One of its dependencies depends on networkmanager-openvpn.
