Backend: statistics for anonymous users #55

I've added today Sleeky backend theme to my YOURLS. It's great, but I have seen that anonymous users cannot access to URL statistics, even if they create the shortened URL.

Is there a way to enable this feature?

This is an unfortunate side-effect. I would really like to see it rectified.

I also would like to have the option to turn on statistics for non-members.
