Add option for vscode flavour and use that to determine the window #1

Hi, it would be nice to be able to use the extension with VSCodium. It would be nice to auto detect vscodeFlavour but I'm not familiar with such thing. Couldn't debug this locally but I don't see what could be wrong with the code.

I'll also add description for the added option when I get time today.

@heinekeg Hmm, this is a great idea, and I had considered it for VSCodium. When adding the description, can you also update the README?

Also changed the property name in the hope that it will be shown as VSCode Flavour. Didn't really have time to research how the settings titles are formatted so please comment if I'm wrong.
