Can't register on Cyanogenmod 10.2.0 on a nexus S without any google apps installed. Just using F-Droid and nothing more.

A Lenovo with Standardinstallation of Android and GoogleApps register on the server.

For now, Google Cloud Messaging is a requirement of ODM, sorry.
