Deleted my previous comment cause of screenshot, but if you run shell:appsfolder
in a Explorer window you can launch UWP apps. I think the current install scripts don't support detecting if a UWP app is installed, but I think it should be doable with some investigating.
Thanks for the tip! It might not be as smooth but it's great to be able to open UWP apps :)
Unfortunately some apps like "OneNote for Windows 10" don't work with the method mentioned by @scaryrawr . The app opens but it's all buggy and unusable. The only way to use it is opening the whole Windows 10 session.
Would it be possible to add Universal Windows Platform / Windows Store apps to winapps (i.e. Microsoft Whiteboard)? Are they already supported? If so, how can I add one?
