[Feature Request] Leverage Vagrant to Create VM Required #227

Hashicorp Vagrant is well suited to creating and customizing a VM. Using libvirt/KVM + Vagrant and an image from https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/tools/vms/ it'd be possible to completely automate the VM creation and startup as part of installation and from there apps could be installed.

I came here to suggest the same thing, streamlining the installation and configuration process would be a huge bonus for noob users that are making the transition from windows to linux

It should be downloaded from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO instead so there isn't the 90 day limit
