Buggy incidents #2

Hi, it seems that potholes and fallen trees are reported even if there aren't any (not sure about predicted ones but the ones that should be visible aren't)

the game sometimes does show all of them, despite the info saying so. nothing we can do about that. also incidents on roads are not easy to find, even if they are there. I dont believe its a bug in this tool
