Significantly cleaned up my paper 1 code, so I can quickly submit lots of runs and more efficiently look at their inputs and outputs.
Ran 10-year simulations of all ED switches (took about 1 day). Need to run ones with much better inputs, and need to revisit my output code (something weird with dates), but in general, results are encouraging: In particular, finite canopy radius has a huge and immediate effect (pine suffers a lot).
Some PEcAn development while ED was running.

Goals for this week
FoRTE
Diagnose problems with existing 10 year runs
Try to get more realistic 10 year run output by improving inputs (e.g. find more trait data, look at soil initial conditions)
Presentable paper outline (with preliminary 10 year results) for lab group
Get back to reading and writing -- not enough of this recently
