Updates from last week

FoRTE
- Lots of reading, focusing on UMBS ecology and natural history, and general ecological succession
- Cleaned up project code; have rough drafts of figures for trait meta-analysis output and structure vs. parameter uncertainty
- Some progress on debugging C starvation issue, but still more work to do.
  - Part of the problem is getting ED to produce detailed cohort-level outputs of the right variables at the right time step.
Other
- Rough draft of bootstrap for Jinshi's UrbanKFS project
- Peer review for GRL

Goals for this week

FoRTE
- Lab group presentation -- complete outline with preliminary results
- Continue debugging C starvation issue
- Try to constrain more ED parameters
  - Revisit PFT definitions? More species mentioned in UMBS literature than are in my current PFTs, but these may not be as important
  - Look through literature to find more trait data
Other
- Clean up code and generate figures for Jinshi's UrbanKFS
Hector (time-permitting)
- Reading
- Multi-biome sensitivity analysis
