Updates

• FoRTE (summarized from email)
  • New results sections looking at:
  • Impact of structure on its own (ED2 default parameters)
  • Comparison of ED2 defaults and meta-analysis medians. Lot of exploratory work on exactly which parameter combinations lead to specific outcomes.
  • Finalized trait distributions, after lots of tweaking of prior distributions and checking data validity
  • Re-ran all simulations, now with better input parameters and ED2 bugfixes (monthly outputs; finite canopy radius thermal model).

  • EPA presentation for Monday (today)
  • Discussed RCMIP with Corinne. Ready to move forward.

Goals this week

• GCAM-Hector pull request comments (~0.5 days)
• Start working on Hector RCMIP (~1 day)
• Prepare for RUBISCO meeting

  • Update results with new runs (~1 day)
